THANKS TO THE PROCESS WE DEVELOPED, TITANIUM VALVES TAKE THEIR DESIRABLE PLACE IN THE MARKET.

IT HAS BEEN RECOGNIZED AS THE MOST USED RACE VALVES FOR THE LAST 10 YEARS. SOME MANUFACTURERS HAVE STARTED PRODUCTION BY PURCHASING THE PPR MOTORSPORT COATING PROCESS PATENT.

AS PPR MOTORSPORT R&D CENTER, WE FIRST WORKED FOR LIGHTWEIGHT MATERIAL ALLOYS, WE PRODUCED 2 DIFFERENT ALLOYS OF OURSELVES, BUT WE LOOKED AT THE HIGH COST OF THESE METALS!OUR AIM WAS A STURDY LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN THAT EVERYONE CAN PURCHASE. AND WE WAS RULED, CHOOSING THE MATERIAL TO BE USED AS VANADIUM STEEL, THE STRONGEST STEEL.AND AT THE END OF THE DESIGN, WE HAVE SEEN THROUGH TESTS THAT THE DESIGN YOU SEE IN THE PHOTO IS THE MOST CORRECT DESIGN.

YOU SEE 4 LARGE GROOVES AND 4 HOLES IN THE BOTTOM OF THESE GROOVES. THE GROOVES HAVE MINIMUM buckling rate, which we call SMART DESIGN. AND THESE HOLES IN THE BOTTOM TRANSFER OIL TO THE SPRING AND VALVE SEALS.
